Onto October! We are making progress! These first ones are of Aislyn's Halloween party at preschool. Weeze was REEPUNZEL (or Rapunzel as the rest of us know her). She loves preschool and is just so darn cute with all that yarn piled on her head!
And here is Amelia Earhart, or Cetera, as we like to call her. Halloween coincided with a class project she was working on, a wax musuem, where she had to pick a character from history to become. She was SUPER excited to be Amelia, so she got to dress up double! The short hair really worked out nicely for the ensemble as well....
Here's the two gals, all dooded (word?) up to go and beg candy at Dad's work. Notice the fine makeup job done by the mother here.
Princessa Weeza REEpunzel (I braided that hair all by myself!).
At Dad's work. His company goes ALL out, and each section of his office had their own spooky Halloween theme. There was a pirate section, a creepy hospital, Candyland, and some others I can't remember, but were really fun (cuz the girls didn't want to walk through some of them, but had to to get the goods). Spencie DID not dress up for work.
But just look at him working hard in his wee office.
Here's why he didn't dress up for work: Typing with those paws may have been a challenge. He borrowed this from a coworker and had TONS of fun chasing small children around at the trunk or treat (and scaring the girls to tears a few times). It was QUITE humorous to see him being so crazy.
The fam at the trunk or treat. That's me, the hippie, next to the monkey.
OK, this is not Halloween, but it happened right after, and she's dressed up the same. Here's Miss Earhart at her school doing her wax musuem. She had to memorize 10 facts about her person (accomplished in less than an hour--last minute lady here), and had to spout them off when people came by and pressed her little 'button' by her. She did SUPERB!

What little beauty queens you have! I love Aislyn's long "Reepunzel" braid. You did a great job on their makeup application for being a beauty school dropout, Shaunell. ;)
